As of May 2020 a national data opt-out system was introduced. This does not apply to organisations that do not generate health and adult social care data but do have data lawfully disclosed to them for individual care purposes only, such as charities that provide day care services and therefore Hull Women’s Aid does not need to comply with the national data opt out system.
